The feature I personally like is scheduling messages is available in both apps. Other features regarding messages are to uncover deleted messages, update a sent message, unlimited message views and hiding typing status.
Official whatsapp allows you to upload only 30 seconds status, but in these modded apps you can upload the status up to 7 minutes and can also download the status of your contacts
User experience
Both apps have almost identical user experience, because both have similar features. In terms of speed official WhatsApp is better than both.
